Terms of Service

Service. Never Miss a Lead (operated by Carson Scholl, Maple Ridge, BC) provides a phone number, missed-call text-back, owner alerts by SMS and email, voicemail forwarding, and review-request texts. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery also depends on carriers and Twilio.
Fees. A one-time setup fee plus a monthly fee, billed in advance in Canadian dollars. Taxes are extra where applicable. Founding pricing is locked for 12 months from the start date. Normal usage (up to 300 texts and 300 call minutes a month) is included. Heavier usage may be billed at cost after notice.
Term and cancellation. Month to month. Cancel any time by email, effective at the end of the current paid month. The setup fee is non-refundable once setup is complete. On request, we can help move your number out.
5-Lead Guarantee. If the system records fewer than 5 leads (missed calls texted back, replies or voicemails) in your first 30 days, your second month is free. Your call forwarding must stay active during that time.
Your responsibilities. You keep call forwarding set up, you approve the message wording, you send review requests only to real customers, and you don't use the service for marketing blasts or for anything unlawful. That includes CASL and the forbidden categories in carrier and Twilio rules. You're responsible for the business's dealings with its customers.
Opt-outs. STOP requests are honoured automatically and can't be overridden.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim. We're not liable for lost profits or missed jobs.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
Changes. We'll give 30 days' notice by email before changing pricing or these terms.
