Set up conditional call forwarding
With "Keep my number" setup, your phone still rings like normal. Only calls you don't answer, or that come in while you're busy or out of signal, go to your Never Miss a Lead number, which texts the caller back. Replace 1XXXXXXXXXX with your NMAL number (1 + 10 digits), dial the code, then press Call. You should see or hear a confirmation.
⚠️ Verify on the test call. Carriers change codes and plans. These are the standard GSM/landline codes, not confirmed by every carrier for every plan. During setup we'll call your number, let it ring out, and confirm the text arrives. If a code is rejected, call your carrier (611 from a cell) and ask for "call forward on no answer and busy" to the NMAL number.
| Carrier | Type | No answer | Busy | Unreachable | Cancel | Notes |

| Rogers | Cell (GSM) | **61*1XXXXXXXXXX**20# | **67*1XXXXXXXXXX# | **62*1XXXXXXXXXX# | ##004# | Conditional forwarding may need to be added to the plan. Forwarded minutes may use airtime. |
| Fido | Cell (GSM) | **61*1XXXXXXXXXX**20# | **67*1XXXXXXXXXX# | **62*1XXXXXXXXXX# | ##004# | Same network as Rogers. Some plans need it turned on first: call 611. |

Tips
**004*1XXXXXXXXXX#sets no-answer, busy and unreachable at once on most cells.##004#turns them all off.**20in the Rogers/Fido code sets 20 seconds of ringing (5–30, in steps of 5) before forwarding. Telus/Bell may ignore it.- Your old voicemail stops picking up those calls. Callers hear our short greeting and can leave a voicemail, which is texted and emailed to you.
- Check status:
*#61#(no answer),*#67#(busy).
